GUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER PRESENTATION
  • The presenter should be a member of IACDE and should have registered for the conference.
  • Maximum 2 participants allowed per poster.
  • Use the template provided on the website for the scientific poster presentation.
  • Posters should fall under any one of the following.
    • Restorative
    • Aesthetic
    • Conservative
    • Endodontics
  • Scientific poster can be original research, systematic review or a case study/series. Narrative reviews will not be accepted.
  • The uniqueness or innovation of the presentation would be considered significant.
  • Presentation has to reach as per the mentioned timelines strictly.
  • The poster presentation should be in Power-point [ MS Office 2007] format.
  • E-poster should have only one PPT slide in Landscape orientation and kindly use HD images (minimum 300 dpi resolution) with appropriate background for the same.
  • Title of the E-poster should brief and match with the provided topic.
  • The title and subheadings should be written in bold. Please select background colors thot contrast well with the font to allow easy reading of the text.
  • During the presentation time, authors should be available for discussion of the E-poster, Time limit for poster- 3 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion.
  • There should not be any mention of the name of the presenter, guide, or the institution in the poster.
  • Final presentation once submitted cannot be changed or modified.
GUIDELINES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION
  • The presenter should be a member of IACDE and should have registered for the conference.
  • Maximum two students are allowed per paper.
  • For delegate paper only one participant per paper is permitted.
  • Each participant can present only one paper.
  • Use the template? provided on the website for the scientific paper presentation.
  • Presentation has to reach as per the mentioned timelines strictly.
  • Scientific presentations should be original and should not be published or previously presented in any form.
  • The uniqueness or innovation of the presentation would be considered significant.
  • Please take care while selecting the topic from the dropdown list
  • The paper presentation should be in Power-point [ MS Office 2007] format.
  • Time limit for paper- 8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion.
  • There should not be any mention of the name of the presenter, guide, or the institution in any of the presentation slides.
  • Final presentation once submitted cannot be changed or modified.
GUIDELINES FOR TABLE CLINIC
  • Topic of the table clinic should be innovative and related to conservative dentistry and endodontics.
  • Each group will consist of a maximum of 2 participants.
  • Time limit: 10 minutes (7 minutes for the participants to explain their model and 3 minutes for judges' question answer rounds).
  • Participants are required to present a table top display model/poster.
  • Table clinic should present information in an interesting and educational way using display materials handouts and an oral presentation.
  • Participants must report to the table clinic area in the exhibition hall half an hour before the judging session begins in order to set-up clinics in time.
  • Displays should be limited to the top of the table. They should not be placed on the floor or on walls.
  • Students must remain at the table at all times during the judging session.
  • Name of the students or college must not be visible on the exhibit or any materials during the judging session.
