Registration Guidelines
  • Delegate must bring a Registration Confirmation Letter at the time of registration
  • Conference Registration is mandatory for all the delegates including children above is the age of 5 years.
  • Please ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.
  • Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat.
  • Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the conference venue.
  • Accompanying Person Entitled for Food Coupons Only
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation till 31st July, 2025 : 50% Refund
  • Cancellation from 1st August, 2025 Onwards : No Refund.
  • All refunds will be made after the Conference
