Important Instructions for Paper & Poster Presenters - 40th IACDE National Conference 2025

Greetings from the Organizing Committee of the 40th IACDE National Conference 2025, Chandigarh!
We are delighted to have you presenting your work at this prestigious event. Please find below the important details and instructions regarding your presentation:

Date 27th November 2025
Venue UIAMS Building Punjab university South campus, Sector 25 Chandigarh.

Reporting Time Please reach the venue at least 1 hour before the start of your session for verification and setup.
Presentation Guidelines:
  • Each presenter will have 8 minutes for the presentation followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
  • For E-posters, each presenters will have 3 minutes for the presentation followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
  • Your room number and session is mentioned in the allocation sheet
  • Kindly adhere strictly to the allotted time to ensure smooth conduct of the sessions.
  • Posters must be displayed at least 30 minutes before the judging session begins.
  • Please go through the guidelines for abstract submission once again as was mentioned on the website initially.
